Clarance Stephen Farmer II, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Farmer completed his undergraduate degree at Mississippi College and his medical degree at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. He then completed his surgical and urology residencies at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center and the Mississippi Baptist Medical Center. Dr. Farmer is a member of the American Urology Association. He is also certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Farmer joined Urology P.A. in 1997.

Jonathan Reed Kalish, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Kalish earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his medical degree from the Emory University School of Medicine. He completed his surgical and urology residencies at the Emory University Affiliated Hospitals. Dr. Kalish is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Urological Association and the American Medical Association. Dr. Kalish joined Urology, P.A. in 1999.

William Hughes Milam, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Milam completed his undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University and his medical degree at the University of Mississippi. He completed his surgical residency at the Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, and his urology residency at the Southwestern Medical School Affiliated Hospitals. Dr. Milam is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also a member of the American Urological Association. Dr. Milam joined Urology, P.A. in 1983.

Jon Timothy Posey, M.D.

Dr. Posey earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and his medical degree from the the University of Miami School of Medicine. He completed his surgical and urology residencies at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida. Dr. Posey is board certified by the American Board of Urology. He joined Urology, P.A. in 2002.

Paul B. Farabaugh, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Farabaugh completed his undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University and his medical degree at the Louisiana State University New Orleans School of Medicine. He completed his surgical and urology residencies at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Dr. Farabaugh is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He joined Urology, P.A. in 2003.
